Can I try before buying?
Yes: a rental for an event or a short series is the best way to find out which headphone, and how many, you really need.
How do the headphones charge?
With the multi-chargers in the kit: they all charge together, usually overnight.
What if a headphone fails during class?
The kit includes spare units so you can carry on. Let us know when you return it and we will check the fault; purchased kits are covered by Silentsystem technical support.
Can I use the kit for other activities?
Yes: pilates, meditation, workshops, readings. The system is the same whenever a voice needs to reach a group.
