Tips for organising a silent yoga party
- Teacher and DJ agree beforehand. A shared running order with the transition moments avoids voice and music clashing.
- Two volume levels. The DJ lowers the music when the teacher speaks: in headphones the voice must always stay clear.
- Room to move. The dance part needs more space than the mats alone: plan a free area.
- Lights on at the right moment. At sunset the glowing headphones work their magic; for the finale they switch off.

Is it a class or a party?
