Data we process

The data you send us through the contact and quote forms (name, email, phone, billing details, information about the event or class), the data you give us by phone, email or WhatsApp, and the technical data needed to run the site (IP address, server logs).

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing rental or sale, shipping, deposit and invoicing: performance of the contract and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).
• Protecting the site from abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Marketing communications: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6.1.a).

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not profile users.

YouTube videos

Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and the player loads only when you press play. From that moment Google’s terms and privacy policy apply.

Retention

Requests and quotes not followed by a contract: for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than two years. Contract and accounting data: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (usually ten years).

Recipients

Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be accessed, as processors, by the suppliers we need to operate (hosting in Germany, email, couriers, accountants) and by the Silentsystem group companies involved in the service. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only with the safeguards required by the GDPR. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to that service’s terms.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest; you can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Personal data request”: we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country of residence.
